Tenant Resource Center
A collaborative resource for Hennepin County tenant needs.
The Tenant Resource Center supports Hennepin County residents who are at risk of eviction or homelessness through a collaborative partnership between community, non-profits, government, and higher education. The goal of the resource center is to help people maintain stability in their housing situation and avoid the “service run around” that sometimes comes with the need to access multiple community resources to ensure stability in housing.
The Tenant Resource Center is a collaborative effort, bringing together several community providers to help Hennepin County residents with tenant-related issues and concerns. Services include:
eviction and homelessness prevention
emergency assistance
mediation
workforce
legal assistance
The Tenant Resource Center will not be holding in-person office hours during the pandemic.
The Tenant Resource Center will be taking calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week at
612-302-3180. Please leave a message and we will respond within one business day.
